    Counter's Tutoring Connection is a year round tutoring program; with tuition fees paid monthly.

    CTC require s an online deposit equivalent to one tutoring session's fee, to hold each new students first tutoring spot. The deposit is then credited back and applied to the balance due on the first day of tutoring. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of selecting a students tutoring days/times. Deposits can be made via Zelle, Chase Pay, or Venmo using the email: jennifer@counterstutoring.com

    The tuition fee is based on the grade level of the student (i.e.Elementary, Middle, High School, or College).  The tuition must be paid at the start of each month, unless the student attends tutoring twice or more per week; then the monthly tutoring fees can be broken up into two payments. 

    At the time of enrollment, there is a one time, $50.00 Student Registration Fee and a once a year, $75.00 Curriculum and Supplies Fee due.  A minimal commitment of one month tutoring is required to enroll and maintain a tutoring spot within the center.  CTC may raise the tuition fee at any time with a 30-days advance notice.

    CTC accepts the following payment options:

    Cash or Check (checks should be made payable to Counter's Tutoring Connection)

    On-Line payment through ZELLE, VENMO or ChasePay using the email: jennifer@counterstutoring.com

    Cancellation Policy:

    CTC requires one-month advance cancellation notice to discontinue your student's tutoring services or make any changes to their weekly tutoring schedule. *Monthly tuition is neither refundable nor transferable.
